International Travel Advisories
The State Department issues travel warnings when relevant information indicates that Americans should avoid travel to a certain country. When planning to travel abroad, please view the current list of destinations under travel warnings: http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/alertswarnings.html
Per a UGA Policy, travel to locations under travel warnings must be approved by the Office of Global Engagement via completion of a Travel Authority and a Travel Registry. Additional steps may be required.
