Welcome to Administrative Systems Support
Administrative Systems Support is responsible for ensuring the UGA Budget Management and Financial Management Systems are meeting the functional needs of central and distributed users and the institution as a whole. Administrative Systems Support works closely with the functional system module leads and other personnel within the Finance Division, and Administrative Information Systems (AIS) to implement system changes, enhancements and other business process improvements and efficiencies. Additionally, Administrative Systems Support provides front-line assistance to the university community for general system information and problem resolution through the OneSource Service Desk.
