- How Can the Prepaid Visa Cards Be Used:

- For online purchases.
- To transfer available card balance to your bank account using the Prepaid Visa Card website or mobile app.
- Inactivity fee:
- A fee will only be deducted from a card if the card becomes inactive and there are still available funds on card balance.
- Card inactivity is defined as no funds being applied to or removed from the card for 6 consecutive months. This can be by the participant or the study.

- Visit any local bank to receive a cash advance off the card. Fees may apply, this is decided by the bank.
- Your government ID and the address registered to the card will be required for the withdrawal.
- ATM Withdrawal
- You will not be charged any additional convenience or surcharge fee at a Fifth Third Bank ATM

- Type in the zip code of your location
- Uncheck BRANCHES and PARTNER ATMS. Only have Fifth Third ATMS checked. This will give you location that will not charge a fee.
