Customer Service Statement

Records Center strives to provide the highest level of customer service by promptly and correctly responding to our customers’ inquires. We serve departments within the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration with a sound records management program. The success of the Finance and Administration Records Center depends on excellent customer service and commitment to our customers.
Guidelines – 
The Finance and Administration Records Center complies with the University of Georgia Business and Finance Records Retention Schedule in accordance with the guidelines adopted by the USG Board of Regents Records Retention Practices. Board of Regents Policy - BOR 0472-11-015

The Finance and Administration Records Center serves as the liaison for units within Finance and Administration and provides retrieval services as well as retention codes. The role of the Finance and Administration (F&A) Records Center is to scan records for archival purposes before sending them to the University Records Center.
