Finance and Administration units may retrieve their records stored at the Records Center when needed for reference purposes. Files may be retrieved by submitting an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the record description necessary for retrieval (i.e., File Series Name, Fiscal Year, Check/Voucher #, Purchase Order #, Applicable Alphabetic Name, Terminated Personnel File Name). Do not submit personal and/or confidential information in the request (i.e., social security numbers, bank and credit card account numbers). The Records Center will provide and deliver a hard copy of any record stored in the warehouse, on microfilm, or CD when requested.
